What are the alternatives to NatHERS rating?

There are two alternatives to NatHERS rating:

• Elemental approach: This is recommended mostly for minor renovations, alteration projects and small buildings.
• Performance Solution approach: This is recommended for complex houses with high ratio of windows. Generally, we use this method to reduce construction costs (like window costs).
