To obtain a NatHERS Certificate, first, you need to assess the building. In most cases, this takes between one or two days.

Under NCC 2019, a 6 star energy rating and under NCC 2022, a 7 star energy rating is the minimum requirement for a NatHERS Certificate.

For 6 star rating projects, this depends on the size and complexity of the building, especially, multiple types of windows and floor levels.
