We were engaged to obtain a BASIX certificate for the proposed dual occupancy in Ryde, NSW. Both buildings achieved a 7-star rating, focusing to reduce the glazing costs of the project and keep the external feature walls. Other commitments included:

• Heat pump water heater
• 2.5 kW solar PV per unit
• Water-efficient fixtures
