Project Description

Glazing cost was reduced by increasing averaged U value from 2.6  to 2.9. This was achieved by adding 30% more insulation to the walls and 14% more insulation to the ceilings.

Proposed residential dwelling (class 1a) is located in the city of Windsor. It consists of 3 levels with net conditioned area of 252m2.

Through VURB method we managed to reduce overall glazing U-value by more than 10%.
