Pascoe Vale

Glazing cost was reduced by increasing U value from 1.75 to 3.5. This was achieved by adding 34% more insulation to the walls and 22% more insulation to the ceiling.

Proposed residential (class 1a) is located in the city of Pascoe Vale. It consists of 2 levels with a net conditioned area of 44m2.

Through VURB method we managed to reduce overall glazing U-value by more than 100%.
