Glazing cost was reduced by increasing averaged U value from 4.5 to 5.2. This was achieved by adding 47% more insulation to the floors and 36% more insulation to the ceilings.
Proposed commercial building (class 9b) is located in the city of Promised land.
Through JV3 Performance Solution method, we managed to reduce overall glazing U-value by more than 15%.
