Glazing cost was reduced by increasing U value from 1.92 to 2.49. This was achieved by adding 33% more insulation to the walls and 6% more insulation to the ceilings.

Proposed residential dwelling (class 1a) is located in the city of Mornington. It consists of 2 levels with a net conditioned area of 295m2.

Through VURB method we managed to reduce overall glazing U-value by more than 20%.
