Bell Buoy BeachGlazing cost was reduced by increasing U value from 3.0 to 3.5. This was achieved by adding 38% more insulation to the walls and 26% more insulation to the ceilings.

Proposed residential dwelling (class 1a) is located in the city of Bell Buoy Beach. It consists of 3 levels with a net area of 160m2.

Through VURB method we managed to reduce overall glazing U-value by more than 15%.
